Using formula of probability

f_{E}=\dfrac{1}{e^{\frac{E-E_{F}}{kT}}+1}

If temperature increases above 0K

Then, E =E_{f}

f_{E}=\dfrac{1}{e^{\frac{0}{kT}}+1}

Put the value into the formula

f_{E}=\dfrac{1}{e^{\frac{0}{1.38\times10^{-23}\times200}}+1}

f_{E}=0.5
