Just apply the formula R=pl/a
Where p - resistivity is 1.62*10^-8
A is area of cross section which is 2*10^-2
L is length which is 1000m

Hey there

• Given

 - \: Resistivity \: of \: the \: wire , p =1.62 \times {10}^{ - 8} ohm \: meter \\ \\ - length \: of \: the \: wire \: \: l = 1km = {10}^{3} m \\ \\ - \: area \: = 2 \times {10}^{ - 2} m \\ \\ \: using \: \: formula \\ \\ resistance = resistivity \times \frac{length}{area}
