calculate the time at b 80 degree west when time at prime meridian is 2:10pm?

when the time at GMT is 2:10,
then, it will lose 4 minutes for each degree
therefore, the time decreased is 4*80=320 minutes
=5hours and20minutes
2:10PM - 5hours and20minutes=8:50AM
