Calculate the time at Durban (longitude 30 degree E) when the time is 7:00a.m. at New York (75 degree W )

I think it is 4 pm because 15 Deg = 1 hour so difference between the Durban longitude and New York longitude is 135 which 15X9 so 7 am + 9 hour is 4 pm
