As frequency = number of vibration in a second
So 300/30=10 hz(10vibrations per second)
Timeperiod is reciprocal of frequency as
T=1/f
So T=1/10
T=0.1sec

The Frequency of the particle is 10 hurts while the time period is 0.1 second.

explanation

We know that frequency is termed as the number of vibrations that happen in one second. here it is given that there are 300 vibrations that take place in 30 seconds so number of vibrations taking place in one second will be 300/30 =10

frequency of the particle will be 10 Hertz which means 10 vibrations in one second

know the list will give us a time period which is the actual time taken for one vibration of the particle.

hence the time period here will be 1/10 = 0.1s

This means that it will take 0.1 second for the particle to undergo one vibration.
