Two 2 ohm resistors are in series which in turn are in parallel as a whole with another 2 ohm resistor
Rs = R1 + R2
1/Rp = 1/R1 + 1/R2
Rs = 2 + 2 = 4 ohm
1/Rp = 1/4 + 1/2
1/Rp = 3/4
Rp = 4/3 ohm
