answer = 7.5

as

the three 10ohm resistance i the corner most of triangle makes SERIES combination.

so if we combine them it makes 30ohm

and in between  one 10ohm resistance is there which makes PARALLEL combination with the 30ohm resistance(finded above)

so,

\frac{30*10}{30+10} \\

\frac{300}{40} \\

=7.5 ohms
