⇒  g_{R}  = \frac{GM}{(R_{e}+R) ^{2} } \\

⇒  g_{R} = \frac{GM}{R_{e} ^{2} } \\ ×  \frac{R_{e} }{(R_{e}+R )^{2} }                  

⇒  g_{R} = g[\frac{R_{e} }{R_{e}+h } ]^{2}      as g = G\frac{M}{R_{e} ^{2} }
