hey

here is your answer

the balanced equation is:

mg+2hcl+mgcl2+h2

24kg of mg liberate hydrogen=22.4litre

1.2g mg will liberate hydrogen:

22.4\24×1.2=1.12litre

volume of hydrogen under given condition can be calculated by applying-

p1v1\t1=p2v2\t2

p1=760mm

t1=273k

v1=1.12litres

p2=760mm

t2=(27+273)=300k

v2=?

v2=760×1.12÷273×300÷760=1.2308 litres .

hope it helps you.
