in si units we have kg and metre so first we have to convert g/cm^3 to kg/m^3

we know that:-

1g = 10^-3kg , 1cm = 10^-2m so 1cm^3 = 10^-6m^3 from this kg/m^3 equals 10^-3/10-6 or 10^3 kg/m3

so our required so conversion is over and 1ton = 1000kg so 6tonnes = 6000kg

required = volume = mass / density =>

v = 6000kg/(0.8×1000)kg/m^3

v = 7.5 m^3
