work W=F*S
F=20kgf,S=1m
W=20kgf*1m
W=20kgfm;lets take value of g=10N
W=200Nm

Work done = Change in potential energy

= mg (h₂ - h₁)

= 20 kg × 9.8 m/s² × (1 m - 0 m)

= 196 Joule

Work done to lift the load is 196 Joule
