Answer: "15%"

Given:

Weight of solute=60g

and, Weight of solvent=340g

So, Weigth of solution=60g+340g=400g

Formula:

Wt/Wt%=(Wt. of solute/Wt. of sol.ⁿ)×100

Solution:

Wt./Wt.%=(60/400)×100

=60/4=15%

Therefore, the Wt. by Wt. % of a solution of 60g of sugar dissolved in 340g of water is 15%
