we know that

Power=work done /time taken

and work done =force × displacement

Or, work done = m×a×s

where a=g and s = h

so, Power=potential energy/time taken

Or, Power=mgh/ time taken

therefore,

time taken= potential energy/power

Or, time =mgh/power
