Answer: I think so the answer is 2v/π

Explanation:    Speed = Distance/time

                         => v = π*r/t

                        => t = πr/v ------------------ I

         ∴  Avg. velocity = Displacement/time

                                     = 2r/t

                                     = 2r*v/πr    = 2v/π
