can a body have acceleration if its speed is constant?​

Yep, A body can have accerleration even if its speed is constant. but a body will not have acceleration if it has uniform velocity..... because velocity depends upon the direction as well as magnitude as it is a scalar quantity. Moreover Acceleration is rate of change of velocity and not speed.
