It may possible according to the modern studies because they tried brain transplantation in animals. But it a thing to notice that in my view ,in a dead person the nerve cells stop to work slowly, resulting no use in transplantation.

Hey!
> The brain of a dead person (if unharmed) can be transplanted to a new body with the help of brain transplant. It hasn't been succeeded yet but they say if they somehow did it, then the memories of the dead will be transferred to the one who's alive and the consciousness will be transferred.
