Technically, people can live with no kidneys, but require dialysis. Spleen: The spleen filters blood and helps the body fight infections, but it's not essential for survival. The spleen can be removed if, for instance, it's damaged. However, people without a spleen are more prone to infections.so... basically the answer is yes, they can survive but are more prone to infections

Spleen filters the blood and helps the body to fight infections, but a person can survive without spleen. However, people without spleen are more prone to infections.So people without spleen,require yearly vaccines and prophylactic antibiotics.
