Can a sentence have "I" followed by "were" e.g., I were....... I've asked a similar question like this I'm sorry for asking again and again

Yes, it can, as in ''If I were you...''. Usually, when using I/ he/ she/ it, you are supposed to use 'Was', but it is an exception, when it comes to hypothetical sentences with a 'subjunctive' mood.
You would say ''If I was you'', that is correct too, yes, but in here, i.e, ''If I were you'', means I am not you, and the phrase is contrary with the condition. Ex-- ''If I were you, I wouldn't drink that'', ''I would be careful if I were you'' (said to a person doing something that requires care).
The phrase is generally used for giving advice or opinions.
Using ''If I was'' is correct too, but it would change the mood from subjunctive to indicative, for example-- ''If I was ill, she would give me some medicine''. Subjunctive would be-- ''If I were your sister, I would never do that to you'', which means the sentence is hypothetical, i.e, not real, but a situation you are imagining.
