Yes. This happens whenever two states of matter are in equilibrium with each other.
For example, if you mix water and ice, there is a point where every part of the mixture is at exactly 0 degrees C (32 degrees F). It will be a mixture of ice at 0 degrees C floating in water at 0 degrees C.
