can action and reaction force cancel each other? Explain

OF COURSE NOT!!...The important thing to notice is thataction and reaction forces act ondifferent objects in the interaction. Two equal and opposite forces acting on the same object do not make anaction-reaction pair! This is why the two opposing forces don't cancel out...

Never.... Because Newton's 3rd law is
EVERY ACTION HAS AN EQUAL AND OPPOSITE REACTION.
So action and reaction always happens.. And they can't cancel each other
