Can an accust (criminal) still exercise thier fundamental rights?

A fundamental right is denied if a person is punished for exercising the right; if the government canpunish people arbitrarily, then itcan punish people for exercising their rights; thus, the right not to be deprived of liberty without due process of law (that is arbitrarily) is fundamental.

because

if he/she had done any crime then the court will punish them according to their crime but after that he/she has been apologized and so they are free now so if they are punished then after that they beocomes a normal citizen according to court and so they have given their rights too.
