No a plane mirror can only produce a virtual image , and so does a convex mirror . Only a concave mirror is capable of producing a real image which can be projected on a screen.
Remember , a real image ( which can be projected on a screen) can only be produced if the object is at a distance greater than the focal length of the mirror's surface.

A virtual image cannot be caught on a screen , and hence plane mirror gives virtual image , so it cannot be project to a screen.
