See , first of all , the egg needs temperature (warm ) and pressure to hatch

But if we keep in Refigerator , the temperature is cool which is not suitable for the egg to hatch and there is no pressure !

So it's not possible !

An old egg of hen kept in a refrigerator does not develop into a chick. ... Also, it is best to not keep the egg inside the refrigerator for more than certain period of time. After a certain time frame, eggs can get spoil it and will become non edible
