can any bio expert explain it in context with binary fission---
"In gram negative bacteria the nuclear fission is followed by the development of a simple median constriction that finally result in complete seperation of cell wall(without cross wall formation);In gram negative bacteria ,however ,first a transverse cell wall membrane is laid down between the two nucleoid of dividing cell and then the centripetal growth of the cell wall forms a complete cell wall​

in gram positive bacteria the nuclear fission/binary fission undergoes which can be seen by the cell wall constriction in one way....whereas in gram negetive bacteria the during the nucleoid division the cell wall is seen (all under the microscope)
