can any one explain me DIRECT AND INDIRECT SPEECH, ACTIVE AND PASSIVE VOICE

direct speech means the words which are said by one person and told to the third person exactly that words.......... indirect means the words which are spelled by other and tell to third person in your way .....

Direct means when ur speaking with a second person.
ex:I saw a movie yesterday

Indirect means when the third person explains the conversation between first and second person.
ex:She said "she saw a movie yesterday"

Active voice the subject performs the action noted by the main verb
ex:The girl was washing the dog

Passive voice the subject is acted upon by another agent
ex:The ball was thrown by the pitcher
