If u = log[9] x , then 9^u = x
i.e., 3^(2u) = x ,
log[3] x = 2u ; so u = (1/2) log[3] x
So log[3] x * (1 + 1/2 + 1/4) = 7/4 ,
log[3] x = 1 ,
x = 3
