To improve your English follow the following tips:-

1. Practice daily .
2. Try to speak English or add it in your moral way to talk.
3. Make sure that you are writing the correct spelling.
4. Follow the grammar rules.
5. Maintain a good writing and learn the formats of letter, notice, paragraph, easy etc.

English language is easy to read, so first thing is that you have to take the dictionary out and start reading it (at least some words). Then practice writing sentences and try reading them ( try this maximum times). During exam, break the each  word into small parts, and like this, read the whole sentence, then try to understand it, then write the answer. Try quizzes, mainly on grammar, read English stories maximum (it helps you increase vocabulary, so that you have a wide number of English words to choose from). Try speaking English, speak them, then write them. So that's it, also you can borrow English books from people, then read them (it will really help you).
