can any one tell why i am getting small white spots on my back and face and how do i correct it

Are those spots bumpy? If not then they may be due to sun allergy. I also had spots due to Sun allergy but they cure by medical care.

yes it are leke small pen dots
When you touch them is their surface the same like your skin? I mean are they like small swollen spots?
