According to property of cyclic quadrilateral,
opposite angles have sum equal to 180 degrees.
Now,A+B+C+D=360
and A +C=B+D=180
now cos(A+B)=180
and cos(B+D)=180
Since,cos 180 is 0.
So,cosA+cosB+cosC+cosD=0

In cyclic quadrilateral opposite angles are supplementary
Cos A + cos B + cos C +cos D = 0
A+C=B+D=180
