No way.

A polyhedron cannot have 10 faces, 23edges,15 vertices.

According to Euler's formula,

No. of faces + No. of vertices - No. of edges = 2

=> 10 + 15 - 23 = 2

=> 25 - 23 = 2

=> 2 = 2

Since Euler's formula is satisfied, such a polygon is possible.
