Can anybody help me with this question please..
'Regular cooking in vessels open to atmosphere takes long time in mountains. Hence cooking in pressure cooker is advised.why? What is the advantage of pressure cooker?'

Because in mountains atmospheric pressure decreases so it is hard to cook in mountain but pressure cooker has its own pressure so it is easy to cook in pressure cooker.

this is because when we are cooking in vessels in mountain the atmospheric pressure decreases with the hight so it takes long time to cook but normally the atmospheric pressere is equal
