Sub0: can you explain plz

daaniyaawan: When we say "one of the best " .... it means that there are others too which are equally good. However the superlative form talks about the best as only one.

daaniyaawan: Secondly the question asks to change the degree , but into which degree, it does not specify.

daaniyaawan: If we were to change it into comparative degree we would write :

daaniyaawan: Daulatabad is a better preserved fort in Maharashtra.
