Atoms are smallest and simplest basic particles of matter that cannot be divided any further. For Eg . Hydrogen atom consisting of one electron and one proton.

Molecules comprises of atoms of Two or more element  and it is simplest and most basic part of compound. For Eg. NaCl is molecules comprising of atoms of Sodium (Na) and Chlorine (Cl).

Mole is a amount of substance that is contained  in 0.012 kg of Carbon 12 atom(please note moles are just used for purpose of measuring weight especially atomic weight (A) as in relation to Carbon 12)
