Can anybody tell me what is the answer to this question which was asked in cbse board.
What is the name of the salt used for making tasty crispy pakodas having a ph of 14.
I have a confusion will the salt having 14 used for making things like pakodas that we eat.
Its answer can be NaHCO3 in terms of baking and NaOH in terms of ph.
Please anybody answer.

The answer is baking soda. But it has pH of 9 and in the question it is given pH 14.
