can anyone explain me adolecence chapter

There are three stages of life childhood,adolescent,adulthood.
wherein adolescent period is very crucial.
In that chapter it just talks about the drastic change in your body which is scientifically called puberty.it hits at the age of ten or even later.
The change in females is enlargement of breast,enlargement of hips,voice gets softened . In males the changes are:enlargement of testis, facial hair growth,voice becomes hoarse.
