right of property get deleted from fundamental right by the 44 th amendment act 1978 and was made legal right under article 30 (A) . cause of this any government work can't be done if it passes through any people's property he / she can complain in supreme court under fundamental right violence like if a road is made and it passes through the property of a people then he or she can complain in supreme court under violence of fundamental right cause of which the country could not develope.
