Can anyone explain these features of the South African constitution. Please explain in brief.

• it means the rights of a citizen can not be voilated if anyone is against anyones right so he or she can report this...
• All should be equal in the eyes of law and person should be valued or respected for thier own sake, and to be treated ethically
• In the goverment power will be divided equally and it will work in parliamentary way
• All are free to choose any relegion or there will be no discrimination regarding religion
• All are free or independent or have freedom for political parties and media groups
