Can anyone explain what is the law of conservation of momentum in simple language? I'll be really thankful ^_^

it states that the total momentum of two objects before collision is equal to the total momentum after collision

law of conservation if a object is moving with some speed before collide with a object due to the law of conversation the sum of there momenta before colliding and after colliding is equal

m1u1 + m2u2 = m1v1 + m2v2
