you can make a beautiful model as in the picture
except this you can give details about mantle , core , crust etc and take out a picture and give details too. start about describing earth then in the middle portion describe its layer and then conclude it by a good quote.

If you are not making a model than use colourful pictures from different angles. Also, use google for interesting facts and make a loster full of pictures !!

Hi
If you want to show the layers of earth, use different coloured modelling clay to make different layers making sure the earth is open from one side (consult the picture)
If you want to show the outer structure than take an inflated balloon and cover it with tissue paper with the help of liquid glue.
when it dries up paint it accordingly and use a needle to pop the balloon inside when your paint dries up
