lets assume the sides to be (a,b,c) . (isosceles => a=b ; right angled => c= a*2^1/2)(c is the hypotenuse)
a+b+c = 2p
=> a+a+a*2^1/2 = 2p
=> a = 2p/(2+2^1/2)

Now area of triangle (A) = 1/2 *a*b
=> A= (1/2)*a^2
=> A= 0.5*(2p/2+2^1/2)^2
=> A= (2p^2/(6+4*2^1/2))

AthiraUday123: Substitute a = 2p/(2+2^1/2 and A= (2p^2/(6+4*2^1/2))
