there is a formula to form a quadratic equation and that is

 {x}^{2}  - (sum \: of \: zeroes)x + (product \: of \:zeroes) = 0

so ur required equation is

 {x}^{2}  - ( \frac{5}{6} )x + ( - 6) = 0

 {x}^{2}  -  \frac{5x}{6}  - 6 = 0

 \frac{ 6{x}^{2} - 5x - 36 }{6}  = 0

6 {x}^{2}  - 5x - 36 = 0
