The proper role of the parent is to provide encouragement , support, and acess to activities that enables the child to master key developmental tasks. A parent is their child's first teacher and should remain their best teacher throughout life. Parents are responsible to provide the necessary food, clothing,shelter and medical care insofar as they are able. They are equally responsible for providing sound knowledge of their religion as well as moral training of their children.
