No it is not correct your question a=2a can you try

SUNNY008: (a-a)=(a-a)
SUNNY008: a power 2 - a power 2= a power 2- a power 2
SUNNY008: then
SUNNY008: a×a - a×a=a+a × a-a
SUNNY008: since a+b × a-b = a square - b square
SUNNY008: then
SUNNY008: a (a-a) = a+a × (a-a)
SUNNY008: And a-a is cancelled on both sides
SUNNY008: a=2a

prove a = 2a
a = b
a^2 = ab
a^2 - b^2 = ab - b^2
(a+b)(a-b) = b(a-b)
a+b=b
hence a+a = a
2a=a
