Can anyone please give me an overview of the high school sub Environmental Management, Chemistry, Biology and Physics? I just want to have an idea of what they are like before I choose my subjects.

Biology is a branch off of chemistry which is a branch off of physics so I could say physics if I want a real fundamental understanding of things. ... But yes, I'd choose chemistry. To be good at it, it's quite ideal you learn a lot of physical chemistry which has a lot of fundamental physics build into it.
