v = I/nqA
I is current
n is charge density
q is charge on each carrier(electrons)
= 1.6×10^-9
A is cross sectional area
v = 3.2/(2×10^28)(1.6×10^-19)(1×10^-7)
= 3.2/ 3.2×10^(28-19-7)
= 1/10^2
= 1×10^-2
