As
Refractive index(n) = (sin( (A + angle of minimum deviation)/2) /(sinA/2)
So angle is small ..so refractive index(n)
= (A + angle of minimum deviation)/A
A:-Angle of prism
Here angle of deviation is 10° and
n = 1.5
So, 1.5= (A + 10°)/A
You will get A=20°
Refractive index(n) = (sin( (A + angle of minimum deviation)/2) /(sinA/2)
So angle is small ..so refractive index(n)
= (A + angle of minimum deviation)/A
A:-Angle of prism
Here angle of deviation is 10° and
n = 1.5
So, 1.5= (A + 10°)/A
You will get A=20°
