can anyone say why does Pluto not consider as planet

Pluto is not considered a planet for the following facts...
i)Its smaller than any other planet even the moon.
ii)Its dense and rocky surface doesnot matches with thr neighbouring planets which are gaseous.And so scientists think it to be either a satellite of Neptune or it came from somewhere else and got caught in the sun's gravity.
iii)Its orbit is erratic while others are flat.

because Pluto doesn't have it's fix revolution and rotation .
Pluto enter the other planet revolution and it's made up of heavenly bodies.
