(3).

Given sin theta + sin^2 theta = 1

           sin theta + 1 - cos^2 theta = 1

           sin theta - cos^2 theta = 1 - 1

           sin theta - cos^2 theta = 0

           sin theta = cos^2 theta

On squaring both sides, we get

sin^2 theta = cos^4 theta

1 - cos^2 theta = cos^4 theta

cos^2 theta + cos^4 theta = 1.

(4)

Given A = 45 and B = 30.

We know that sinA cosB - cosAsinB = sin(A - B).

 = sin(45 - 30)

= sin 15

=   \frac{ \sqrt{3} - 1 }{2 \sqrt{2} }

Hope this helps!
