Answer:
first change the mixed fraction in improper fraction
by changing we get :-
5/2 +1/5 divided by 5/2 +1/5
now , To add Unlike fraction like this , first change it into like fractions
to change it into like fraction , Take the LCM of denominator of 2 and 5 for both the fraction (upper one as well as lower one)
The LCM of 2 & 5 is 10 ,
Now make the denominator 10 , if you want to change 5/2 , you have to multiply both 5 as well as 2 by 5 so we get, 25/10
Changing 1/5 we have to multiply it by 2 (both 1 and 5 multiplied by 2)
we get 2/10
25/10 +2/10 ÷ 25/10 +2/10
= 27/10 ÷ 27/10
=27/10 × 10/27
= 1
