I can tell you life was simpler and less expensive. We had quality time together as a family, played until sometimes after dark (in the summer and on weekends) with the whole neighborhood. Our parents didn't “Facebook”, “Twitter” or any other social media. They paid attention to us. Often it would be kids vs grown-ups in baseball, football, etc. We caught fireflies, built homemade treehouses and forts. We learned how to survive in nature by fishing, hunting, picking raspberries and honeysuckle.

We would ice skate on a real pond not an indoor rink. That same pond we learned how to fish in and also swim. We interacted with adults and peers in person through play and face to face communication with no cell phone attached to the hip (and occasionally combat fist on fist…no guns or knives.)

How can we spend our life without electrical gadgets?

Answer

Hi, Life is much more than Electrical gadgets. You need them, just fulfill your need and keep them with yourself. You need to control yourself otherwise these things will control your mind. Let's take the example of the cell phone device, that meant for communication, but people are playing with our mind, likes dislikes, Marketing strategies on the bases of the data is a big game. In the terms of social need the strong urge to post your photos, you feel like to stay connected in the virtual world.
